We live in Hibbing, we were working with Brad (who is awesome- friendly, knowledgeable,accommodating). Since Hibbing did not have what we were looking for he recommended we head to Grand Rapids as they had a few vehicles there for us to test. I felt really bad about going to a different store- He assured me that it was ok, they always try to work together,ect. So we headed to Grand Rapids GM. We worked with Nate there- he too was so nice. I think now that we can just drive in and get an oil change, lube and tire rotation without an appointment it takes too long. I go to the trouble of scheduling an appointment and hope to get out sooner than I did yesterday. The waiting room was full of people waiting for their vehicles and I had to sit in another room that a customer can use. The employees are great, but you could go back to the way it used to be.

Jane is extremely knowledgeable and helpful but the technology on your computer system doesn't accurately reflect my Equinox's status. It showed her that I owed for an oil change, in addition to the two new filters which I did owe for. I knew that I had several oil changes left that shouldn't cost me anything. She went to a lot of trouble on your computer system to find that my information was correct and deducted the oil change from my bill which I then paid.

My wife's 2021 Silverado was having mechanical issues. Brought it to Rapids GM. The appointment was a few days out. We deemed the truck not safe to drive and we were provided a loaner. Dana was very helpful to us, when the work was completed, we got our truck back in perfect condition. Grand Rapids GM is the go-to place for us. Everything was fine with oil change appointment. When oil change service was in other service building if you had a TSB or computer update it would be done at same time. Sounds like now you have to make another appointment to have this addressed
